The Hilton Brisbane Masterclass Weekend, supported by The Courier-Mail, Singapore Airlines, Queensland Government and many other valued sponsors is an opportunity to learn from the experts and take away new ideas in food and wine.
Whether it’s unravelling the mysteries of Thai and Vietnamese cuisines, exploring the different types of sherry from Spain’s top maker, matching Champagnes with exquisite canapés, learning how to make your own spice blends and artisan bread or tasting a wide range of seafood from Queensland waters, there’s plenty of choice with this year’s Masterclass Weekend. Each day will offer six hours of culinary adventure so you can select one day or the entire weekend.
Included in your visit to the Masterclass Weekend are five sessions of your choice each day – all featuring tastings, together with lunch, morning and afternoon tea and a Masterclass Weekend book and bag. Meet your friends, soak up the atmosphere, enjoy fresh Merlo coffee and be inspired by the culinary stars of the 2010 Hilton Brisbane Masterclass Weekend.
